1. Return Window
You can return items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

3. How to Start a Return

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or full refund.
6. Exchanges
